chuck all the dead uns and
put the rest in a bucket and use a pump to flush fresh water thru for 24 hours. Profit and gorge.
( alternately put em in a bath and change the water every few hours, they clean themselves.

Bury market is awesome, I used to visit occasionally from Manchester.
I'm now in Leeds, and the Kirkgate market is similarly awesome.
