Vista is passable with that UAP bullshit turned off.
I'm mainly moving for the performance increase in Office 2007. It's quite slow on even a fresh install of XP, but my test install revealed a minty-fastering.

Attach shortcut to email
Swear
Delete shortcut
Trog all the way back to the root directory and back down the file tree to location of attachment
Decide it's not worth bothering with anyway
