It looks nice, but it is a very bad film.
Comically, awfully bad.

Especially the bit when he stands up from his throne, and the curtains are attached to his back by metal hooks.

I like that bit.
Although I have met people with capes attached to surface piercings on the back, so the sexual undertones are very apparent.
