Works a treat. By Baillifs, I obviously mean your big pub going mates who can then threaten the removal of their goods unless the rent/bill money is paid.

I have the other problem - my landlord is a lazy fucker who rarely remembers the bills/rent, I have to chase HIM up to give him money. How shit is that? I hate having a good financial conscience...
