These two facts may, or may not, be related to this conversation:
1. I do not, and have never had, any homosexual tendencies.
2. I spent a large proportion of my school years being subjected to what can only be described as homophobic abuse.

Funny how life works out, I suppose. Sensitive heterosexuals are sometimes given a harder time than people realise.
