It's not a gas at room temperature.
He's heating it, breaking its molecular bonds, and then bottling it.
If it resolidifies, that's the problem of the distributors.

Although I'm not sure if there are any technical precedents on what state matter is referred to, but I would invision that it is unwritten to be at room temperature unless otherwise stated.
