The pages look a little dark. Perhaps lighten them up to CCCCCC?Edit: scratch that, BBBBBB perhaps.

have the outline in a light shade of grey and the page in a lighter shade.and then a dark shade for the cover?
i'm not sure, i know black is a bit overwhelming sometimes.
