That happens to me at my dad's house.
Then they fly to the window and get caught between the blinds and the window and make terrible wing noises. Then I can't sleep.

Spiders aren't really that intrusive though, they only freak people out because people are fucking pansies.
A spider would generally just walk across your desk then bugger off, a moth on the other hand would fucking fly in your face repeatedly even when you've tried twatting it away.
