Well no the SecuROM only matters if you actually pay for things.
Seeing as it tells you you can only install the game three times.

Personally I'd rather spend my money on something which actually works.

I heard that it didn't use the 10 day authentication thing.
But it was still a case that you can only install it three times, then you have to email EA to ask them to let you use your game you already paid for.
