# It's only the cards and stuff
For people who send cards overseas in bulk by sea mail cos it's cheaper.

# I'm not sure
But I do know that some people will go to great lengths to save a few pennies.
As my shop is for ex-pats, I get customers from all parts of the UK.
I have come to understand why certain people are stereotyped.
Most of the time I hear a particular accent and cringe, knowing that the customer is going to be difficult.
I could fill this week's QOTW with the shite we have to put up with but won't, because my motto is the customer is always right.

# Once they've left the shop it's a different story :)
But to their faces, we are as nice as pie.
