in imsage ready you should be able to select the speed of framesbut then it depends on what browser you use.. firefox always runs them quite fast in my experience.. so I upload to b3ta a tester then view from there and slow down or increase the frame rate from there.. then delete the test ones. trial and error is your friend.. I usually find 0.08 works a treat for me though.
