called killer klown from outer space. its total camp, but its rather hilarious. clowns come from outer space in a circus tent ufo and wrap people in cotton candy. but the best part is a balloon animal dog that they use to track people

if you like troma,
then definetly. quite crap when it comes to the latex masks (I'm what you would call a horror geek) but that's part of its charm. so crap in a good way
