a cut to vas deferens cause a change to sperm quality? wouldnt the body absorb as its a existing process to absorb unused sperm?

Well, after the normal sore balls, I had a week of bleeding from the vasectomy site
on the right testicle. He had to take two runs on that side, so it was not a surprise.

Now, however, two and a bit weeks later, the left semen vestibule has begun to fill itself up with blood. That started last Saturday, I went to the surgeon today, it's not nice at all and frankly not worth it.
