thing is, we're nowhere further ahead, and I could have used that half an hour or so to sit down up here and not be bothered.

Christ, now apparently I'm going out to dinner tonight (fuck knows why)- this has been confirmed NOW, and I've got to tidy the flat so someone I've never met can be in it (I do not like having people in my house that I don't know, but nobody gives a shit about that), iron some stuff to go out IN, bathe and sort stuff out in....two hours. Shitting fanfuckingbastardtastic.

try and relax... although I'm feeling you on the people in the house thing...

my younger (middle) brother stayed with me during the festival (he works in media) which was lovely because I never see him and he's a wonderful bang up person who I love loads... what was not wonderful was the string of wanky Londoners who imposed on him and put him in a position where he kind of had to offer up space on my floor to them...

my missus was distinctly unimpressed and also things went missing. Gah.
