are these the people that nailed a lot of money to a board then burnt it when no art gallery would take it in?

also may of killed sheep by accident with a sound cannon.

EDIT: I'm not crazy.. and it was a million pounds.. they did burn it.. wikipedia doesn't mention the taking it round the art galleries.
