that I wouldn't bother with anti-malarials. I'm off to a very mossie infested place in about 3 weeks, I'm just not bothering.
Getting the useful shots, but anti-malarials, nah.

Malarone's not as side-effect-free as I thought :-(

...but I had no problem with it. I believed that it did not have the weird-paranoid-nightmare side-effects of Lariam, but it seems that it still may cause "Abnormal dreams".

EDIT: Comparing the two, I'd still much rather give Malarone a try, and avoid Lariam. Scary!
