The doctor would have probably been sued.

But the whole thing redefines backyard surgery.
He could have used a hedge trimmer to cut the patients hair, then used his drill and diesel pump to remove the clot. Then to finish with an orbital sander to smooth the area, and finally a teaspoon of spakfilla to fill the hole. Done!

"Ready to Roll" was the (only) mainstream chart music show in primetime here in the 80s
"Radio With Pictures" was the late night weeeeiiiiird show

and they both screened once a week
