when useing image ready to make animations i want to have 2 totaly diffrent pictures for each of the two frames but when i try to paste the second one in it chages the first frame as well! how do i do it so they are boath diffrent?

the layers menu. turn off 'propogate frame 1 changes' or 'apply changes to all layers' or whichever thing is bothering you more...

1: read the HELP file...
2: any changes you make to the first frame are made to all frames unless you tell it otherwise, apparently (I've never had this "problem".) so, make your second frame, THEN paste the pic you want as your second frame there.
Remember, IR is layer based, so you can just make a pic with all the layers in Photoshop, then go to IR and turn them on/off for each frame.
