Add a layer of scanlines to the mona lisa pic, flatten that and paste it as a layer onto the bladerunner pic, and then when I start rotating that layer to fit into the frame, all sorts of lovely artifact-ness starts to happen.

It's one of the main reasons I spam that theme so much :)
