Does animating count as a pea roast?

Just trying out my new graphics tablet and photoshop. First ever animation too!

*edit: Had to install Photoshop twice to get this to work. Time to optimise and save was about 80% of the frigging work...*

I recognise that dog, but I just cannot remember his name. Or the name of whatever that dog is from. Or anything else.

But now I'm wondering why I remember it as something from TV when I was very little.
