is not a solvable sudoku problem
as
demonstrates
the C in column 2 must lie in the place indicated (red C with arrow), as any other cell in that column has a block conflict. however this clashes with the C in that row(black C with arrow).

i post this as a challange entry. the game is to find technical errors in other people's posts. and i am playing it. i post more in replies to myself,as i find them.

What a waste of time!

I was going to do a proper job and put a unique angle on it other than sudoku+rubik's cube, but I got bored and the idea was a tad lame.
