# Giraffe Hurling

Giraffe Hurling is a blood sport, mostly undertaken in underground circles in African cities.

While Giraffe Hurling is considered heinous and cruel by animal welfare and animal rights activists, due in some part to the physical trauma inflicted on the giraffes, advocates of the sport often list cultural and religious relevance as reasons for perpetuation of Giraffe Hurling as a sport.
