Goth-Fairy Sindy!
I made this for a friend for her birthday a good many years ago. It started out as a Sindy doll I found in a bargain store for a few quid. It had a little motor in the leg that propelled it along on a gaudy scooter.
I relocated and rejigged the motor so it flapped the butterfly wings (a laminated printout of a photo of real wings). The leather corset and choker collar are made of thin, stretchy leather.
Probably difficult to make out but the wand is intended to look like a riding crop and there's an ankh on the choker collar.
