In response to this this, open up Photoshop, take a famous (or otherwise) piece of art, and make it 'AWESOME'. Thanks to The Great Architect and Patrice Ici for the suggestion.

I didn't want to go much further with the texture and colouring on the face because it made it look like an elephant with some sort of horrible skin disease (and it stops looking quite like Madonna).
