Signs and the tories really - go for signs methinks

The original (to which this is, in effect, paying homage) was an unmodified photograph of a graffitied pair of Barclays ATMs in London, in a copy of Socialist Worker back in the early 1980s.
Some things do change for the better but remember that it was the Tory prime minister that was saying that sanctions don't work. Mmm. They did.
