Break It All Apart by Blu Mar Ten - I made a video for it
I made this!
I made the video for this fantastic track by Blu Mar Ten. I've been a huge fan of theirs for many years now, and I LOVE THIS TUNE.
I tried to tell a story with proper adult emotions using local kids from Hackney - my kids are in there. The girl at the centre of it is only 18 months old - I am pretty chuffed at how well the whole thing comes across. Also they've got some amazing moves.

If I wanted to watch children in a playground I'd go and do it for real!
Well, apart from the global restraining order.
Not really, that's actually pretty good, goes well with the music.

does a global restraining order mean you can;t go anywhere near the entire globe?

very kind
and yeah i've been explaining to my boy recently about how some people like different music from other people. it's a bit of a difficult thing to get your head around it seems, how it's not a definite right / wrong thing like most stuff in the world.

nice, some lovely shots in there and a splendid track
I didn't realise Hackney was such an ethnically un-diverse place though :D

cheers
and yeah that's just who showed up on the day. Hackney is actually quite a diverse place, despite its reputation as a white middle class monoculture.

That's great, I really like it
Especially how the shots speed up/ slow down in time to the track: really effective. I also like the flying stuff. Do you have a little drone?

depends if you are interested in building
or want to spend a bit more on one that goes out of the box. which is your desire?

Would it be ok to explore both options?
I'm all for spending as little money as possible, but don't know if I'd be techy enough to build one. Bet that'd be fun though. Do they come with appropriate cameras?

yeah for sure
the one most people are getting that goes out of the box is the DJI Phantom- it can carry a gopro on a stabilised gimbal. give it a google you should find a few different places selling them.
There is a quanum vrsion which does basically the same thing but is MUCH cheaper. Here's a link to it from hobbyking in hong kong
www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=55106&aff=662932
if you want to build it yourself there are lots of kits and components at hobbyking. they have a UK warehouse which is much better for shipping / customs but is not as well stocked.
hope that helps!

so nice to wok with a track that still sounds nice when you've been listening to it for several thousand repeats

That's top work right there, coupled with some class DnB from Blu Mar Ten which I have leaned on for a few podcasts.
