Hmmm.
OK: I accept that there's nothing in principle to stop them being funny; but they would have to be really clever - and, importantly, they'd have to be at the expense of the right person, in the right way. I can't think of many comedians who could pull it off. Bridget Christie, possibly; Richard Herring or Stewart Lee; precious few others. And I wonder whether those who could pull it off would be precisely those least likely to attempt it.
