The BNP and EDL are spent forces in UK politics
That leaves UKIP and the Conservatives as the main proponents of right-wing politics. The Tories are more into bashing the poor than bashing the forrins, so the focus naturally goes to UKIP.

How are they running in the polls?
The name of the website seems to assume that this is based on racial bias instead of economics. Not knowing a thing about the party, I wondered.

Worryingly high
They're appealing to the nationalist sentiments in Britain, primarily with regard to pulling Britain out of the EU (without due consideration to how that may affect our relationship with our primary trade partners). One result of their Britain First rhetoric though is that racists tend to gravitate towards them.

I've read that Cameron has also floated economic ideas that the Germans oppose as harmful to the EU.
It is a difficult situation to create a "country" out of many small countries. In a way, we have that in the US, where one state differs greatly from another in racial make up, accent and culture. It's not always without its friction.

It also means in the present climate
any debate on population in this country, and how exactly our financial contributions to the EU are managed, are also completely impossible to have. Which is a shame. When this lot start winning seats in our parliament it's probably time to shut my gob though with regards to grievances such as mine about the EU, given their angle does seem overwhelmed with xenophobia more than any practical working concerns; and just accept the climate has become simply to xenophobic to get sense out of anyone

Generally they go after right wing extremists
And nope, I have absolutely no connection to them, financial or otherwise

OK, but reading the comments and the posts I see them filled with more hate-filled vitriol than mistaking architecture.
But, OK.

"South Thanet UKIP branch have been left with egg on their face after making a huge mistake on the social network Twitter"
Whilst I would agree it probably is, it's hardly evidence they are a party of utter morons is it? Unless of course everyone is so focused on jumping on them if they even twitch, than getting out there and communicating to the voters themselves
