This is a normal post Basically a radio show in mp3 format
so you can listen to it whenever is convenient for you.

This is a normal post as evil_andy says it is a radio show in mp3 format
but the point of a podcast is that you can subscribe to it, which means that every time a new show/episode is posted it will be automatically downloaded by the app you use to listen to podcasts (eg, iTunes).

Also 'WTF' means Welcome To Facebook, mostly when encountered online.
