If only more people did immediate life saver courses they would teach you not to move people with a suspected neck injury, and certainly don't twist it round like that.

It'll take a while before it starts to have an effect and you start to notice people not suffering horrific neck injuries after accidents though, i just hope the person who finds the next casualty paid attention in class, because we all remember every word of what we learnt in school.
It's a good thing it's being taught in schools though, very good.
