And giving Shami (Labours definately notantisemitic) Chakrabarti to the role of Shadow Attorney General.
5 minutes after making her a peer probably didn't help.

well made
But when it comes to demonising your enemy I think you maybe pulled the rug right out from under your feet. This is exactly what political debate and satire don't need right now. Therefore, no likey, no clicky.

why?

Because
Comparing Theresa May to Oswald Moseley is pretty much the same as Donald Trump twitter tactics. Not funny - creates division and sews the seeds of hatred.

If you're laughing at a group of people you necessarily create a divide
More important is that you're laughing at the right people

One of Labours greatest failings is to repeatedly paint the Tories as inherently evil.
The problem is that only die hard leftist actually believe it, but their opinion is only relevant in terms of whether they will support Labour or some other fringe left party (since they're clearly never going to vote Tory).
The remainder of the electorate are somewhat put off by such rabid idiocy, so it only serves to damage the left's argument among swing voters.

I guess it depends on whether you think that Conservatives
actually think they are helping the less well off, and just consistently fail to see the damage their policies do, or whether they are consciously screwing them. If it's the former then you could argue they are inherently evil, if it's the latter then they're just a bunch of cunts.

one of peoples general failings is that
if you make an anti-tory video they assume you are leftist, or pro labour... and that because you are pointing and laughing at one thing, that you must be a die hard supporter of the opposite to that thing.
which is silly... some people just want to point and laugh at every and anything... without showing allegiances in the process.

Thing is, politics is confrontational.
If you take a swing at one side it gets assumed you must be with the other lot.
See numerous anti EU posts here that get you labelled as a UKIP supporter.
Or anti clinton posts that must mean you love trump.
The reality is much more nuanced but people don't bother to bother to investigate motivations.
The genius of Spitting Image was they took a swing at everyone.
This stops political satire being boring propaganda.

I think this is part of the problem at the moment.
Not just tories, but social media shaming has led to the unshamable rising to the top like some sort of super virus.
(Woo to the video. The Timewarp is now going to be in my head all day.)

Huffington Post commissioned this?
Curious to know what the brief was.
Also it's ironic that you're using footage of the miners strikes when it is may that appears to be finally setting up an inquiry to the Battle of Orgreave.
