He doesn't looked as pissed as Ken Clarke, who's definitely on a bottle of whisky a night.
I've had enough of experts anyway, like all those experts at the IMF and IFS who said there would be an IMMEDIATE recession were we to vote leave. Not when we actually left, but immediately after a leave vote. Also the experts said that all inward investment by foreign companies would immediately cease and the stock market would collapse. The opposite of that has happened.

Clarke is a hardened drinker who's had years of boozing behind him
He's at the point where he cant function without it
Suspect Davis only got onto the hard stuff in the last few months. Shits the bed most nights

That would certainly explain the years of gibberish he's been spouting.

And in contrast
not one of the claimed benefits of brexit looks like it will happen. It does not look like they will happen in the future either, unlike the pessimistic economic forecasts on the remain side, which are still possible.
In fact, the more this government acts like this government does, the more likely they are.

I prefer red to blue
when dealing with blood, politics, or passports.

You're the only person I've ever heard talking about the blue passports.
You certainly go on about them. It's all bollocks of course. All passports worldwide conform with an international standard that has nothing to do with the EU. I suppose we will be able to change the colour though, but who gives a shit apart from you?
