This is a normal post It's difficult to run a positive campaign,
when everyone is already enjoying the positive benefits without appreciating them. Every positive you have can only be explained in terms of how it will be subtracted from people who believe they don't care about it or need it. The only non-negative thing its possible to say is "things will remain as they are" which isn't the sort of thing that people with 1st-world problems want to hear.

When you're campaigning for the status quo you therefore HAVE nothing that sounds positive, and you're up against totally hypothetical positive claims which may be inflated to almost any extent, from the the side who have the additional advantage of their grass naturally appearing greener.

Our leaving will not stop the ceaseless EU power grab at the expense of the member states' automony. Unless this ends and the EU backs down (highly unlikely) we are just the first to leave.
