It's only laser printers that employ steganography, and even then only if they are capable of printing in colour.
If this was printed on an Inkjet, which is more than likely considering the frankly amateur appearance of the letter/handwritten address, then they won't get fuck all from the printout.
There's always the possibility that the individual is in a database already, but my guess is that it's some irksome edgelord Corbynite who's watched one-too-many episodes of Mr. Robot and fancies him/herself as a bit of a revolutionary despite their closest brush with the law being a cheeky selfie with a Constable at Glastonbury a couple of years ago.
