Was your video a parody? Because if so it's fair comment, therefore should be allowed.
If it's not allowed, then his video is also not allowed because it's copyright infringement. So I for one will be flagging it. :)
Edit: Bumfluff, they want you to flag copyright if it's your copyright. But it's still spam. And it's still shit.
