I'm afraid it's considered bad form
to repeatedly post links to your own blog unless it is something particularly unique from the other content. I think it is fair to say that people are aware of your site now and know where to go if they want more of the same.
Your sig is the right place to promote it.

The talk board is where you go
for chat, though I'd probably advise using other sites if you want a more serious opinion.
Certainly, if you want to discuss mental health issues, then you are probably best looking at forums which have been set up for that very discussion and might actually be able to give you useful information (as opposed to a comedy site).
The problem with anyone posting too many links to their own blog is that it quickly pushes off other member's work.
