On second inspection, the bone surface is also too smooth.
Caveat: I work with fake and real human bones at a university. Once you've seen the two side by side, they're unmistakable.

edit: as I've just made a claim on t'internet, I feel I should offer some proof: The b3tards link is to a fake humerus, which I really did have just lying about. OFC, the real bones are kept very much under lock and key.
Note the colour and smoothness of the bone, very very similar to the one in the video. Real human bones have a yellow colour to them.
