In that scenario if you don't know how to add a preview image to the NSFW one either delete the thread or change the link to a fluffy kitten picture before a mod does.
Also remember "NSFW!!1" also means "I am on a potentialy dangerous site and i hold everyone else responsible for what i may or may not see"
