This is a normal post No. The food I've eaten in Finland hasn't be all that memorable, I've got to say.
Saying that, barbecued makkara with mustard is the shiznit. And you can't go wrong with a late-night meat pie from one of the Grilli kiosks around Helsinki station. Full of pissheads but it's good greasy food.

My fondest food memory of Finland was the putti panna (or whatever it was called) they sold out of the drums on the streets. A portion of that after a skinful was bliss.
