They're just glued in.
I'm working on designing a better way to hold them in place. I mean, the glue works pretty well but if you're determined to get a tooth out it'll come. As for ages, god, I have no kids so I have no idea when they stop being idiots that shove things in their nostrils or make you do the heimlich to remove inhaled teeth. That age though.

She's not at that age yet (and neither am I) so I might just get one anyway and wait a while. Shame really, I liked the idea of my niece growing up with her favourite plushy friend having those kind of teeth. Although I suppose there's always her granddad.
