The thing I liked about that was the relatively short time it took to establish P Barnes to decide he was going to take that action.
I think there should be more of that - give a chance, give a chance, third time out. Nice.

was that most people's reaction on seeing a taser being pulled and aimed at them would be to try to defuse the situation. He just kept on going.
