This is a normal post Nice, although I think it less a capella than an isolated track used on a television show.
You can see he's listening to something else, music, backing tracks, etc.

This is a normal post Yeah, but he's still singing it. In a studio, undoubtedly, you can hear the mic pops, but still.

This is a normal post don't get me wrong, it showcases his voice, just A Capella is a bit mislabelling.

This is a normal post there is another sense of a capella
which doesn't show up in dictionaries, but you'll notice it immediately if you go to a record store or look at some r+b or hip hop music online. A capella tracks released on albums and singles are just the isolated vocal track(s) of a studio session. The way the youtube upload is titled makes it look like that's the sense they intended.

This is a normal post Actually I assumed this is a mash-up.
Isn't it an isolated vocal track somebody has got hold of, and dubbed over a tv performance which had the song in its entirety? His movements suggestto me that there was backing music involved.

This is a normal post I think so too
I haven't listened to the original for a while, but the performance here sounds exactly like the recorded version, so I'd guess it's that vocal track dubbed over the video.
