You might not like what she says
But she can say it, and has a right to. The recourse is in the challenges, and others realising what a silly tit she is. Her employees don't want the PR.

sure she has the right to say what ever she wants to say, but she can't expect to keep her job.
it is not about PR... it is labor law.
