I don't know
about anybody else, but I'm not allowed to take 4 weeks holiday at once. And if I simply take time off without a doctors certificate I get sacked.
Actually, if I COULD take 4 weeks off at once without my workplace suffering, I'd wonder what I actually did there in the first place, and so would others, no doubt.
