In a Games themed ninja post...A Slower Speed of Light is a first-person game prototype in which players navigate a 3D space while picking up orbs that reduce the speed of light in increment.

This is a normal post I watched the lengthy explanation of that game, and wasn't drawn in enough to try it
does it actually play well - or is it just a novel idea?

This is a normal post As a way of visualising relativistic effects
it works quite nicely.

As a game it fail miserably. The controls are dreadfully sluggish and there's no real challenge.

For a 100 Meg interesting effects demo it's quite good.
Not sluggish on my 690 ... but does hang the machine on quit.
(After collecting 100 balls you an see an explanation of the effects you encountered)
