It's quite surprising how quickly people accept it must be a ghost.
I feel like my immediate reaction would be: "what the fuck? How has someone done that? This must be a prank."

I think the same thing, drive-thru people constantly get picked on in these type of things, most of them found this funny enough though.

I expect most of them are bored shitless so a bit of a change to the routine is probably welcome.
