I assume they won't do it
as if they really wanted out of Europe they'd just do it. It's not like the public were asked for our opinion on flogging the NHS.
Stalling tactic. But a nasty one that'll mean loads of toxic headlines to pump up the public into hating Europe more. Poles coming over here taking our jobs. Fuck off Frogs etc.
