If you take care of the pennies
The pennies take care of the pounds. That's what my nan told me anyway.
I remember when when we had the half pennies but i think they were a bit pointless.
Anyway getting rid of the penny is no good because if something costs 3p we will have to pay 5p.

Or is everyone on here now having to live with their parents because of the recession and have been reduced to 1971 levels of pocket money?
