I tend to agree
I won't say that 2 and Eps 1 and 2 weren't good, but I quickly got tired of Alyx and all that "OMG, it's Gordon Freeman" crap. It should just be me and my crowbar versus eldritch horrors from another dimension.
Seriously, kill off Alyx in the first act and then we'll talk. Speaking of which, if Chell shows up she'd better not talk.
