I dunno, there's a huge community sharing tips and techniques
Companies making specific materials for making this kind of stuff. I think it's a lot easier now, and you're copying a look which takes away some of the creative burden.
I don't mean to belittle, they are still amazingly good

The Devil's in the detail, and there is some fine detail in those costumes.
There also looks to be an element of puppetry rather than purely costumes.
Also agree with HT about the music; this makes it sound epic!

These are really well-made
And I agree with the "better choice of music" comment above, for what it's worth :)
Also, as good as these girls look with the revealing costumes, as someone working in the games industry it still embarrasses me a bit how part-nudity seems to be so essential to some people's design philosophies for female heroes.
